In the year in which hip-hop celebrates its 50th anniversary, the most special battle of Dutch dance cannot be missed. During a dazzling program in the Danstent on Saturday afternoon you will see the very best of the urban arts.
In the Open Your Mind top 12, twelve dancers from different backgrounds test their improvisation skills in a solo showcase competition. Jury and audience sit around the stage, close to the dancers. Each round, dancers drop out until only the best one remains and walks away with the grand prize.
This program is a collaboration of Nederlandse Dansdagen, Open Your Mind and The Notorious IBE.
